Now that I have a quiet moment and the storm clouds have broken I felt the

It is difficult to describe the sinking feeling we felt when we couldn't
close month end on our BusinessWorks 12. This then followed by the sick
feeling when data could not be restored from our most recent back up.
Thankfully we were referred to you and you stepped us though what you saw
to be, basically, a hardware problem. That addressed, most data was
miraculously restored. The month end closed and we are well.
Thank you Shannon for helping us, staying with us and following up as you
did.

I am writing this letter on behalf of
Shannon Thomas of Thomas Consulting, Inc. WAAG was looking to upgrade
its accounting software. A business associate gave me Shannon's name and
number with a very strong recommendation that Shannon's knowledge and
experience would greatly assist us. We had already worked with two
previous consultants who were not up to par. In January 1998, I called
Shannon for Information and shortly thereafter, we converted to
Sage BusinessWorks software.
Both Shannon and Sage BusinessWorks
software have been
a godsend. Our business has grown tremendously over the last 2 1/2 years
and both Shannon and Sage BusinessWorks software have grown with us. If a problem
arises, I know that I can call Shannon and she will call me back in a
very timely manner. Shannon is able to troubleshoot problems over the
telephone. This is very beneficial to our business because it allows for
a quick and economical solution. If the problem cannot be corrected over
the telephone, Shannon schedules time immediately to come to our
assistance.

Open Letter:
Many of today's software
and hardware consultants are flaky and unreliable at best. We have
had our share of experience with consultants that don't show up for
appointments, don't have the necessary expertise, or simply have no
people skills. Shannon Thomas, however, is the exception.
Shannon Thomas has provided consulting services to Turbonetics
Inc. since 1996. We began our relationship with
her when she converted our existing accounting data to the Sage
BusinessWorks
software. She handled the process with expertise, reliability, and
within our time frame.
Since the initial
conversion, we have called on Shannon on countless occasions. Her
response time is unmatched in this industry. She returns phone
calls and messages promptly and, if required, schedules on-site
appointments for the same day or the following day. Shannon is
very knowledgeable, reliable and has great people skills.

We are writing this letter on
behalf of Shannon Thomas of Thomas Consulting, Inc. Our
firm has used Ms. Thomas’s services since October, 1993. At that time we
were in need of implementing an
accounting package to include accounts payable, accounts receivable,
general ledger and payroll. Ms. Thomas knew all aspects of the
software and would even troubleshoot the
hardware we had already purchased. The conversion process
went very smooth and we have found the product Sage BusinessWorks software superb.
Ms. Thomas was the only one
willing to work nights and weekends. This was a must for us
so as not to interrupt servicing our customers. She never left town until
all was running smoothly. If a
problem occurred she was just a phone call away (again during nights
and weekends). Considering the time involved we found her to be more
than fair in her charges.
We highly recommend Ms.
Thomas for anyone looking to implement a new software package.
Her training and support (a must) are exceptional. As you can see, we
continue to use her services to this day.

the services and attributes of Ms Shannon Thomas of Thomas Consulting,
Inc.
Our firm has been
operating with Sage BusinessWorks software since January 1, 1998. As I
joined the firm on February 1, 2000, training on the Sage Software system was
totally OJT. Since all computerized accounting packages have
certain similarities, I simply moved forward.
However, all computer
packages also have individualized quirks, and Shannon has proved to be
an Ace in cutting down some of the learning curve frustrations.
She has impressed me in the following:
Ms. Thomas is prompt in
her response time. Repeatedly I have faxed her my dilemma, with
exhibits, and found her on my telephone with remedies in minutes.
Ms. Thomas is
exceptionally knowledgeable about the Sage BusinessWorks software system, down to
deep levels of program awareness. More than once she has
"caught" a descriptive phrase in my verbiage as a key word
relative to the functioning of a module, and been able to hone in on
the cause of my frustration.
Ms. Thomas is efficient
in her use of time. She focuses on the immediate situation,
resolves it, and captures the moment to teach as well. Her
"gems of teaching" are shortcut treasures.
Ms. Thomas is honest in
her advice and in her billing. She has recommended when we should
consider upgrading, allowing for the "bugs" to be worked out
of new versions first; and she documents accurately both time spent
and detail covered, in her invoicing.
We are pleased with our
relationship with Shannon and would recommend her firm to anyone needing
the expertise she offers.

Ms. Thomas has been our Sage BusinessWorks software consultant since we formed the company in
October, 1997. Ms. Thomas was very knowledgeable and able to help us get our
software and hardware working together smoothly with a minimal amount of effort on
our part.
Since the beginning Ms. Thomas has been very available to answer our questions and
walk us through any procedures we were nor able to get through on our own. even at
night and on weekends. We recently changed from a fiscal year accounting basis to a
calendar year basis. Ms. Thomas was willing and able to effect the change on a Saturday
thus saving us any downtime. Although the process is quite involved, it all went
smoothly and Ms. Thomas was, as always, very pleasurable to work with.
All in all, we have been very satisfied with Ms. Thomas' knowledge, availability,
